| The material truck is used for loading materials into the blast furnace and consists of three parts: the body part, the walking part, and the shaft part. Vehicles below 2.5m3 are parallel bodies, while those above 2.8m3 are inclined bodies. The bottom and sides of the inner wall of the vehicle are protected by wear-resistant lining plates for easy replacement. There is a small hole above the tail of the italicized material truck, which facilitates manual loading of furnace materials scattered in the pit into the material truck through the small hole. Material trucks with a capacity of over 2m3 are equipped with dual steel rope traction and steel rope tension balancing devices to ensure even force distribution between the two steel ropes. |
