The main principle of the uniform top relief valve is to control the pressure at the top of the blast furnace to ensure smooth production.
The uniform top relief valve plays a crucial role in blast furnace production. When the blast furnace needs to maintain a stable top pressure, the operating system will issue a command to start the pressure equalization cylinder. The compression device of the valve driven by the oil cylinder opens, allowing the blast furnace gas to enter the material tank for necessary pressure equalization operation. Once the pressure reaches the pre***ermined value, the operating system will issue another command to close the pressure equalization cylinder, thus completing the pressure equalization process;.
When the blast furnace needs to release gas to adjust the top pressure, the operating system will control the opening of the release cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder drives the valve compression device to open, allowing the gas to be discharged from the material tank within the specified time until it reaches equilibrium with atmospheric pressure. At this point, the operating system will issue a command to shut down the release cylinder, and the compression device will also shut down, completing the release operation |
